DucktionCups offers a limited lifetime warranty for the “DucktionCup”.
We also offer a 5 year limited warranty on all “DuckDuckDash Board” products.
These warrant against any material or manufacturing defects. In the event of such defects, we will replace the product free of charge.
This warranty covers the original purchaser and is non-transferable. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repair or modification.
DucktionCups reserves the right to determine whether a product is defective and whether it is covered under this warranty. This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty offered by DucktionCups for these products and is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
To make a claim under this warranty, the purchaser must provide proof of purchase and contact DucktionCups customer service.
How it Works
To make a warranty claim, just contact our customer service team by email, phone, or through our website’s contact form. They’ll walk you through the process and let you know what documentation or photographs you may need to provide. And don’t worry about the cost of shipping – we’ll cover that for you.
If it turns out that your product needs to be returned for warranty service, we’ll provide you with instructions on how to do so. And again, we’ll cover the cost of shipping for the replacement product. Just make sure to get authorization for the return from our customer service team before sending anything back.

The warranty lasts for the lifetime of our DucktionCup product, which means as long as you own it.
The DuckDuck Dashboard is 5 years from the date of purchase.
All other products have no warranty.

Do I have to pay for shipping when I return a product for warranty?
No, we’ll cover the cost of shipping for any products returned for warranty.
What if I break my board or run over the DucktionCup?
Accidental damage is not covered under the warranty, but we’ll work with you to provide a replacement product at a discounted price. Simply contact us and we’ll do our best to help you out.
